Im using scar therapy silicone sheets and I just got the extra long ones and cut them in half and used 2 sheets for my tummy. Im using silicone gel for my belly button and breast but I might go buy the smaller sheets tomorrow to use on them just bc it feels nice having my incisions covered. I will also start wearing a breast bandeau band while Im at home of course without my bra 😉 this is just to help push my implants down into the pockets made for them they are still pretty high. Im also to start intense massaging of the breast today to keep them from capsulizing. Since I went over the muscle there is an increased risk for it so I am for sure going to be massaging the crap out of my boobs lol pray for no capsules!!!
