Im very excited about my progress! So, in addition to Herbalife and transitioning to healthier eating habits, Ive attended 2 Zumba classes and I plan to keep going; folks that are local, if you want to come, its Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 PM-9:00 PM at 1831 Hobart Avenue, near Pelham Bay. Anyway, about my progress; Ive been working closely with Aisha and she has been coaching me through all of this. She takes my measurements, weight, BMI, the whole nine; this is the best part of the process. Monitoring my progress weekly is motivating me to keep going. I am going to cut whole wheat items out of my diet starting today (I promise Aisha!). Ive been replacing my white bread and white flour tortilla with whole wheat items, but I believe that they are adding extra calories that I dont need. Jessica, I will be monitoring my calories a lot more and Im doing my best to stop dieting, Im calling this, transitioning from now on. Im lowering my intake and then exercising so I can burn more fat in one week. Thank you for your advice! Patricia, Im trying not to beat myself up every time I think I screw up. Its actually helped me more by looking at things from a more realistic point of view; in spite of my insecurities and my wish to just wake up slimmer, Ive been able to stop and pat myself on the back for getting this far. My fat percentage went down from 46.8 to 46.2, my BMI went up from 42.9 to 43.7, I lost 1 pound 271 to 270, I lost a half an inch on my bust, I lost inches around my abdomen 51 and a half to 43! waist stayed at 46 and I lost an inch around my hips 53 to 52!
