Im very happy to share that my baby girl Ariana Vitti Russo arrived late last week and that we are home falling in love with each other:) She and I have quite the birth experience to share when I have a bit more bandwidth. For now, I will share that I totally love breastfeeding her - and I must brag that the attending pediatrician at our hospital said she has never discharged a baby at a higher weight than her birth weight - mamas makin the liquid gold over here!! I am so in awe of my body and her ability to flex and adapt and grateful for 17 years of living the FLO protocol that has allowed me to have this experience. This transition to motherhood is a meditation on being totally present in the moment. Theres nothing to do, nowhere to be, just to be with my little one and to take care of myself.
