Im very pleased for Dr Kent Brantly, who has left hospital following his brush with ebola. Now, can the poor Africans also have the same miracle drug, please? In his press conference today, Kent thanked God for his survival, and his supporters for their prayers. (That will be the same god, presumably, who allowed Kent to contract ebola in the first place). Not once did Kent, a christian medical missionary who works for something called Samaritans Purse, call for the ZMapp drug to made freely available to those in Liberia who have also contracted the disease, and who lucky Kent had previously been on a mission to assist.
