Im very, very sorry I missed the @neilhimself Bad Gaiman contest at WITs. When I saw the video ( https://youtube/watch?v=-cK-8jnub5Q ) of him reading those great pieces, I felt inspired to do my own Bad Gaiman story. Not ashamed at all, here it is: So, is this it? - Ash asked himself, in the middle of that empty room. Time didnt matter anymore. Or space. Feeling the void, consuming him while he feeds on it, becoming one. Now he smells a wedding. A red wedding in Coney Island - or Blackpool, hes not quite sure. A thousand black-and-white rainbows fill up the grey sky, turning everything blueish, like an old gospel song, never sang by humans, only by gods. Musk… - Musk is what he thinks hes smelling. Hes wrong. He cant recognize that odor, coming from ancient pharaohs and dead queens, crossing rivers long dried and long gone, like future supernovas in reverse. Silence. Not a peaceful kind but, he asks himself again: Is this it?
