Im watching a programme on A Pac about the Australia China development and a rather excited Chinese guy gave a speech which left me a little excited ,He spoke of the CDB , I think standing for China Development Bank and how much money they had loaned to Agricultural companies large and small in China , He stressed that irrigation is very important in Chinas agriculture and they have loaned 1.06 trillion American Dollars for irrigation projects , China has a similar water shortage problem to Australia but is experiencing much more water shortage stress than Australia if that is possible, They spoke of Chinas desire to have quality food and told How they fly jumbo jet loads of milk out of Hobart direct to Shanghai and sell it for over seven dollars a litre ,Over a hundred thousand litres a load.
