Im watching my favorite movie right now: Next Stop, Wonderland. The character Erin, played by Hope Davis, is sad and happy at the same time throughout throughout the film -- her comment in the film that she was loneliest in crowded spaces is something I relate to. Theres still a part of me that wished I looked something like Hope; I see complexity in the character Erin that I feel in me, as well as that guarded nature. I just dont see the happy ending of the film -- where the character ended up with a wonderful person in a beginning relationship -- ever happening to me. But, I love the film because how the character Erin found happiness through fate...destiny. And, she found love on the train near the Wonderland stop off the Blue Line.
