Im watching the news, and Im seeing that many people are protesting to raise the minimum pay scale of fast food workers to $15.00 an hour. My concern is that, theyd better be careful of what theyre fighting for. They could be forcing themselves out of work. There are some college graduates that dont get that type of money. My point being, that their jobs are at risk to a better qualified person should they achieve that wage level. Not trying to be negative but its the survival of the fittest. If the wage scale escalates to a pay that will support a family, then those that are more qualified by education that are out of work could easily apply for and get these positions which would put these unfortunate unskilled workers at risk to be displaced by virtue of their own labor gains..what do you think?
