Im well versed in death and the cycle of life, but the physical loss still leaves pain. Pain that of course can be dealt with. I have also learned that the sentiment of why didnt I see the person more or say more when they were alive serves little purpose because the truth for most is if we could have, we would have. Thats the case in my loss. Im not sad my grandma is no longer in any more pain. The physical loss will also eventually subside as we focus on the celebration of life and love. I do encourage everyone to focus on the more important things in life while you can though. You cant take a silly argument or your pride or your ego or anything material with you as you transition back to Spirit. So, get clear about your priorities. And, when tempted to prove a point or show someone up, stop and think..... is it worth it, will it ever be worth it? Hint: it isnt.
