Im with Mike Rowe on this one. Idiot criminals are given more rights than us. Each of us is suppose to have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. At the very instance we are a victim of crime, those rights are violated - yet, it seems like the rights of the criminals are given a higher priority- why? Well, I can understand how some people are persecuted unfairly; I realize there needs to be parameters in place to prevent this. HOWEVER, when we have the criminals on tape, committing a crime - how in the world can making their criminal activities known to all, put the victim in a position where he/she has to defend themself? And the PUNK Lawyers who would take a case like this are despicable scum bags, sucking the life and all thats right out of this country.
