Im wondering if spicy food is contributing to my panic attacks. Anyone have any experience with this? I ate more Indian these past two weeks than possibly ever and suddenly my panic attacks came back, seemingly randomly. Thoughts? Advice? At this point I think its a reasonable hypothesis to test so Im going to avoid Indian food and really spicy food in general for two weeks. If the attacks go down, Im going eat a bunch of it again and try to induce the attacks again. If that happens, Ill pretty much know for sure yeah? Its worth a try because right now its just a very annoying mystery. lol
