Im writing the instructions for the new Statusbar Notification feature in the RunPee app. I would love to get your feedback on these instructions before I update the app. Instructions: When you start the Timer the RunPee app sends a list of *status notifications* to your phone. The number of notifications depends on how many Peetimes there are for the movie and what your notification settings are - above. For example: if a movie has two Peetimes and you have requested notifications at one minute before and at the start of each Peetime then you will get four notifications. The notifications will come even if the RunPee app is no longer running. The only reason a notification should fail is if you are looking at the RunPee app exactly at the time a notification occurs. Thats because all phones ignore notification requests if the user is actively using that app. The RunPee app will also request that your phone vibrate which may cause multiple vibrate events - one from the app and another from the notification. (The app vibration may be removed in the future if the notification alone is considered reliable and sufficient.) Suggestion: in order to avoid confusing other notifications, such as a text message, with Peetimes I would suggest that you put your phone into Airplane Mode during a movie. This will prevent outside notifications from coming in and will save battery life during the movie. In this case the RunPee app should be the only thing that notifies you during the movie.
