This individual will p articipate on a development team that designs and implements real-time image processing systems. Responsibilities will include: P articipate on a development team that designs and implements real-time image processing systems. A ssist in designing system architecture and evaluating image processing algorithms. Decompose top-level design modules into well-defined units. Utilize a detailed understanding of real-time coding methods, architectures, and languages to implement highly optimized code in real-time processors. Define and manages the unit testing process. Qualifications Education: BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science required and a Masters Degree is preferred Experience: 3-5 years experience developing algoriths for image processing, pattern recognition and/or computer vision applications is required. Solid background programming in C++ to implement algorithms is required. Experience with Machine learning algorithms and/or target detection/tracking algorithms is desired. Experience with MATLAB is required. Experience designing software and firmware using CUDA and VHDL is required. Successful candidates must meet eligibility requirements to access US classified information.
