Imagine ... fans are not allowed to put up political posters - TopicsExpress

Imagine ... fans are not allowed to put up political posters around Croke Park, the stadium in which GAA fans were slaughtered by British forces on the first Bloody Sunday. But its ok for the GAA to make sure the days games are only shown live on a Rupert Murdoch owned TV channel, depriving thousands of elderly, ill or impoverished fans of a chance to see them. Meanwhile, the stadium itself is full of corporate slogans and adverts. Ireland, Ireland, what have we become when people are not allowed show solidarity with innocents who have been murdered .., in a place where innocents were murdered. Im ashamed.
