Imagine sitting up late after a long night of partying and deciding that it would be funny to call the Prime Minister pretending to be the head of a spy agency, but then imagine that you actually got through. After the prank, the man told a local newspaper that “I’ve just made complete monkeys out of GCHQ. I got the mobile number of a director. What’s more, I’m off my face on booze and cocaine. I had some spliff too. I’ve been up all night, I’m utterly wasted – hilarious.”
