Imagine the ludicrousness of the highest court of the land in a country that is constitutionally democracy asking why documentary makers on one particular subject only present one side, why talking about that subject in human-terms is fashionable! Could it be that individuals with heart, decency and a bit of mind will see that failure of mainstream media to present anything but state version puts onus on them to present the version of the story the state wants to hide, forget and deny? So, dear judges of the Supreme Court of India who are perturbed why human rights activists and documentary makers talk of human rights in Kashmir and other areas, and who lament that Why is it fashionable to talk about human rights violation and neglect other aspects (timesofindia.indiatimes/entertainment/hindi/bollywood/news/Its-fashionable-to-focus-on-human-rights-violations-SC/articleshow/45863226.cms), you are not only being ridiculous and unfair, but coming across as big hypocrites for you never ask the state, the nationalist media and the government to balance the narrative by also talking of other side to the story. The least you can do Your Honour is not to come across as Your Dis-Honour
