Imagine this situation in this philippine government, particularly cebu city govt! U file for a police report in a precinct and if u ask for a copy of the report, u need to pay for it , which is ok. HOWEVER, look at this stupity, stupidity to the max!, u need to pay for the report at the city hall! Imagine! What if the complaint was filed in the mountain brgy of guba or sudlon! The ordinary folk is asked to go to city hall , shelve money, time and energy (sa ka layo) para makalugsong just to get an official receipt to be able to get a copy of the report!!!! No wonder this country will never prosper! This system s again a product of a brain that contains only 6 neurons, worse, only 2 of the 6 are functioning!! Then manghambog mo vie for seven great cities in the world! Wala mo mauwaw! This very basic transaction , lisudlisuron ang tawo! This govt SUCKS! Pun-an pa sa grabe pangawat left and right! Haay nako! Hinuon ang mga d madawat sa private companies adto madawat sa gobyerno, in other words mga salin salin ang naa sa gobyerno, ang mga BOGO! Mao ra gyud INTAWN maabot nila. What can i say, in this govt the motto is, "the most uncommon of all senses is the common sense"
