Imagine youre driving down the road, just enjoying the day, when all of a sudden your car stops dead on the road, and smoke starts pouring from under the hood. WHAT DO YOU DO? Perhaps you fish around in the glove box, find a rusty old screwdriver, and decide to fix it yourself. No? That wouldnt be a good idea for 90% of us. Even if you were a pretty decent mechanic, youve got to have the right tools. So you take it to a professional that you trust. They diagnose the issue, order the parts, fix it all up, and return it to you, good as new. You pay him his fee, and youre on your way. Having a qualified mechanic to fix your vehicle isnt a luxury, its a necessity. If you want to keep your car running in peak condition, you need a mechanic. Having a personal chef is the same thing. Its not a luxury. If you want your body machine to keep running at peak performance, you need a qualified professional. If your body is in need of repair, you need a qualified professional to assess the issue and make adjustments where necessary, and work with you to get it set right. Sure, you might be a pretty good home cook, but theres nothing like having a professional just handle the issue for you. Just imagine how stress-free your life would be knowing you already had your meals for the day, and the week, taken care of. And, knowing that they were prepared from scratch with local ingredients by a professional chef is just an added bonus. Most of us wouldnt try to repair our own vehicle if it were broken down. Why do we not treat our body with the same consideration? #FoodIsLife #KnowYourFood #ChangeYourFoodChangeYourLife #ChefJLooney
