Imam Allamah Mujtahid Sheykhul-Islam Mustafa Sabri Efendim RA (1869-1954). Incomparable Great Scholar of the last generation. His knowledge, courage, morals, modesty... I dont know which one of the above mentioned characters of him is more... If you bring the knowledge of all of those who claim to be sunni scholars after him till our time and compare it to his knowledge you see how huge his knowledge. His book The story of Islam between the Brain and Science is the best ever book of the last century. He is Hanafi-Maturidi (but real one, not as many others claimed since). He has been slandered, hurt. He had to leave Turkey on 1923, and finally settled in Egypt where he passed away. He passed away on 1373 Hijri. If not that I would say he is the Mujaddid of his century. I advice you to read his works to understand what word of Scholar means... I ask God to give us a Saints such as Imam Mustafa Sabri.
