Imani Development, in conjunction with the University of Stirling, has been contracted by the International Fund for Animal Welfare - IFAW to assist in training the local community of Chikolongo, helping them develop the knowledge and skills required to be successful fish farmers. The final outcome of the project will be a user-friendly fish-farming manual, aimed at providing individuals with an opportunity to build on current knowledge and pass the skills to younger generations and neighbouring communities while creating a sustainable solution to food security for years to come.
