Impaired Arrest - On Thursday morning at approximately 3am, a uniform officer on routine patrol investigated a vehicle and its driver on Hart Drive in regards to a traffic violation. During the investigation the officer determined that the driver was impaired and also violating a curfew condition. As a result the 35 year old male driver was arrested. During the investigation the accused provided samples of 270mgs and 280mgs. He was charged with impaired/care or control, over 80mgs and fail to comply recognizance. The accused was held for bail.
