Impatiently and nervously awaiting my reconstructive surgery tomorrow morning. Being put to sleep always scares the crap out of me, so its a tearful day today. Trying to be brave... I will be glad to get rid of these chest expanders that were put in when I had my mastectomies. Each one has a small metal disc inside that has been causing pain and soreness since they became fully expanded (800 mLs each) a month ago. Please pray for my surgeon, my husband, my daughters and my nerves. I appreciate it.
