Impeachment isnt going to happen with a divided Congress, but that doesnt mean there isnt a solid case for it. - per Townhall. Once the Senate goes Republican the impeachment will occur and Obamas Trial begin. However, before the impeachment process begins, the validity of his original eligibility for office needs to be determined. If he was eligible from the beginning, then impeachment and trial must proceed. However, if he never was eligible, then he must be immediately removed and face the consequences as a criminal would. Also, everything he has done in the past five years must be undone. In the future the President must be determined to be eligible or not in a valid way that insures certainty as to his eligibility. Better this than the alternative for all time to have elections for President stolen from the American people in such a fraudulent manner.
