Important Exercise for Upper & Lower Limbs. FRONT SQUAT My first Front Squat in along time!! Very rusty but managed to complete the required reps and sets. This exercise is a must in you training as it hits multiple parts of your body that the normal squat does not hit. The exercise can also expose weaknesses and inbalances in your muscular structure. In the video you can see that my left arm lacks mobility and range of motion which is making this exercise harder by putting too much stress on one side. Flaws to expect in this exercise: - Core Strength (strengthening) - Weak Shoulders (strengthening) - Low Elbows (stretching & massage) - Slouching (thoracic strengthening) - Wrist Pain (stretch forearms)
