************** Important Message - This is OUR RFS ! ***************** This Facebook page has been established to support the ongoing use (and availability) of the RFS Blue Drill Shirt as part of OUR RFS uniform. This campaign only started once the availability of the RFS Blue Drill Shirt was withdrawn (by the RFS) from the RFSA to on-sell to members who wished to purchase additional shirts at their own expense. We accept that in the democratic RFSA process Divisions across the State have differing views. However, from your comments, it is obvious that many RFS members still have a strong view about this matter, and may not have had their thoughts known to their RFSA Divisional Reps prior to them voting on your behalf. As the RFSA President said in his release yesterday, please contact your Divisional Reps to tell them that you support this campaign. We have said from the start that we support the RFS in issuing a Free Utility Shirt to all members. Yes, many of us would prefer this utility shirt to be Blue in colour, but a free shirt is a free shirt, and is something that the RFS had never previously issued. The recent statements by the Commissioner & the RFSA President on this matter have shown that this campaign is being seen & heard. Your support will ensure that it will not simply go away, but we need to keep getting the message out and increasing our page likes. Shortly we will be releasing an on-line survey to capture members thoughts on OUR RFS Uniform. We will encourage wide distribution of this to get a broad view on a number of issues from RFS members.
