Important Notice Effective February 1, 2014, the Credit Union will be upgrading its core financial processing systems which will affect members using Internet Online Banking, Debit Cards and ATM Cards. The Credit Union will be closed Monday, February 3, 2014 to complete the transition to the new system. Please note the following….. Internet Banking: Members will be directed to the new IT’S ME/24 Website. The online system will not be available from 6:00 pm Friday, January 31 through Monday, February 3. Once there, please follow the instructions for the User ID and Password access. Once on the site, you will notice many different choices you can make to manage your accounts. Debit Card: A New Debit Card and PIN (mailed separately) will be mailed to you by the middle of January 2014. Please activate your Debit Card with the 800 number listed on the card. Please note that the earliest you can activate the card is February 1, 2014. Also, all companies you transact business with may not have updated their systems immediately, therefore causing a transaction not to process. If this occurs, please call us with the company name at (336) 519-7528 or 1-888-222-7528. We will follow up with them immediately. ATM Card Users: You will receive a new PIN only by the middle of January 2014. A new card will not be issued. Activation of this card must be done at an ATM using the new PIN provided. AUDIO Users: Please note that the new toll-free number for Audio Response will be 1-855-822-6448. Thank you for your support during this transition process.
