***Important Please Read****If you are regularly participating in drama, petty concern and gossip, please STOP!!!! I have had multiple conversations this week where someone has come to me saying someone else said something to someone else about something we did or are doing. This is not a character trait of successful people. Successful people go directly to the person and gather facts before making assumptions and talking to others. This is not okay and although I cant make anyone stop, I would urge you to ask yourself the question, Am I living above petty behavior or sinking down to it We are and always have been here to serve. We will never be perfect but we will continue to reach for excellence. If you ever have any question about what we are doing, do what my friend Brandon Wright did and call me so we can have a good conversation. That is what successful people do.
