Important Update (as of September 10, 2014): The Department of Interior has provided the calculations needed for the Trust Administration Class payments. GCG has reviewed and loaded this data in preparation for the check distribution. Today, Class Counsel filed with the United States District Court for the District of Columbia Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion to Approve Payments to Members of the Trust Administration Class. This Motion seeks the final approval from the Court necessary to commence payment distribution to Trust Administration Class Members and summarizes the methodology for those payments. GCG is prepared to commence sending checks for the Trust Administration Class where we have a current address within one week of the Court’s approval. GCG will update the website with the Court’s approval once it has been received and provide the date the first checks will be mailed.
