Important announcement about registering for courses at ASU, getting a certificate from AECP, and the transition out of AECP into ASU: # 1 - We know you have many questions about the registration process for your ASU courses. Usually by this stage, I would have sent you an email with detailed instructions on procedures on what to do, but ASU asked me not to send that email yet because they wanted to finalize some procedures. I hope to have this email to everyone who received Admissions for Spring of 2015 by Friday. # 2 - Some of you are either emailing me or going to the AECP Front Desk asking for a certificate of completion for your coursework at AECP. If you arrived at ASU in March/August/September, please STOP asking via email or in person at the AECP Front Desk. There are 202 of you, there will be a special process for you in order not to overwhelm AECP staff. My team is working on a special enrollment certification for you. It will be official, it will have the ASU letterhead, ASU stamp/logo, my signature, etc. This is process will take a bit, but it will be emailed to each of you individually. I hope to have this to you before the end of 2014. # 3 - This is the transition period out of AECP into ASU. I will cease being your advisor very soon. I will also close this Facebook group on January 12th. I ask that you show the same consideration to other ASU staff as you have always shown me. Please be patient and allow a few days for your emails to be answered. Please dont start writing emails with any and all academic or ASU staff if you dont get the answer you want. That only slows down the process, creates more confusion and generally makes ASU staff not as willing to try to help you as they otherwise might have been willing to do. It is important that you use the main Facebook CsF group to ask questions from the other CsF students who have been at ASU for a longer amount of time to get guidance since they have traveled this path before. You can always contact me if you cant find the answer on your own or with your peers, but you are starting a different journey now. :-)
