Important deadline : This year we are converting to new SentriLock access cards that include members’ photographs. All Cardholders must have a photo Smart Card bearing a current and valid driver’s license- or passport-type photograph as of January 1, 2014. There is no charge for the card until December 31, 2013 but an additional fee will apply thereafter. If you haven’t already received your photo SentriLock card please upload your photograph: Log into the REALTOR® lockbox website sentrilock/ and go to the Manage My Account tab on the left side of the screen. Go to the Preferences tab. Select the Upload New Photo radio button and then Choose File to select a new photo. ONLY A CURRENT LICENSE TYPE OR PASSPORT TYPE PHOTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (no others in the photo). If you need assistance with this process please contact SentriLock Support at 1-877-736-8745. The Harford County Association of REALTORS® will send notification when your new card is available for pickup. The Harford County AOR, Greater Baltimore BOR; Howard County AOR and Carroll County AOR collectively are Mid-Atlantic Regional Services (MARS). Photo Smart Cards were approved by MARS. The Photo Smart Card will serve many purposes but the first will expedite your registration and entry into our Continuing Education Classes. Be sure to bring it with you whenever you attend a CE class or event provided by our associations. The photo card is provided at no charge to subscribers. Those who do not have a photo card (non-members and non-subscribers) and wish to register for any continuing education class in the near future will need to preregister; provide a legal identification photo ID and their valid real estate pocket license before signing in and entering the room. Harford County AOR is also using the Photo Card in 2014 as your membership card to provide you with the many exclusive discounts available from local businesses. New subscribers must call us at 410-569-0750 to schedule an appointment for their Photo Smart Card. Thank you for your cooperation in this endeavor.
