Important message from RockStar Horse Shows Schooling Show March 16th at Saanich Fairgrounds Indoor arena RockStar Horse Show Productions is in danger of folding. Horse shows cannot happen without volunteers to help on show day. After advertising and practically begging for a month, I had two people for sure to help and one person who can help in the am and 4 maybes. Today I had one for sure cancel and the 4 maybes said today that they cant make it. As of today, 5 days before the show, I am now filling the positions of - Announcer in the afternoon - Entry Secretary - Whipper In - Ribbon/prize person - concession worker - ring crew There are 2 people who are helping and one can only help for the morning. THANK YOU you guys! I have two shows planned for the summer, June 22 and August 17th. I am seriously thinking about cancelling them and giving up on holding horse shows. I WILL NOT CANCEL this coming show on March 16th. One day, or even half a day PER YEAR is not a lot to give to support horse shows that someone has worked their butt off to bring to you. Please do what you can.
