Summary of the meeting wid the VC, Registar,Dir. of examination on1st of Aug. *Regarding 1st and 3rd results: will be declared within a week *Regarding Pending Results: As bcz some of the colleges havent sent their internal marks and some of the students havent written their subject code it has not yet been declared.. *Regarding Backlog examz in tym:they accepted it as their fault and promised that the BACK LOG examz will be conducted before Regular examz. *Regarding TEACHERS ELIGIBLITY TEST & TEACHERS TRAINING PROGRAM: U all be pleased to Know that after the Strike by our Friends Frm BBSR, CTC and other areas the Secretary of ET&ET,Deptt has directed BPUT to prepare a report on colleges and their teaching faculties which will be submistted by the colleges which will bear the detailed information of all teaching faculties of their colleges(which contains the registrtaion no of the teacher,the yr of experience,qualification)and it will be audited by the Supervisors from other Universites. *Regarding STUDENTS HELPLINE: BPUT is very shortly goin to launchitz TOLL FREE NO(As demanded by BSA from last yr) any one can call and get their complain logded or can get info,A WEBSITE as well will be launched very soon already thesigning amount has been given toNIC(national informatics Center) and the sever will be provided by IBM, which will contain detailed Profile of Students and there will be a password for each students to log into his/her profile were we can get the total reslts total back papers,total no of passed papers, no of registerd papers , no of registerd back papers, date of regular exam,date of backlog exam,CGPA and a grevance unit. *Regarding CENTRAL PALCEMENT CELL: As the officer appointed by the govt for the Placement has notyet released, he will be joining soon, as soon as he joins there will further Actions. * Other Discussion: 1) BPUT has buyed bigger shelfs so that the Answer Books doesnt gets misplaced and easier to search copies, it will take hardly 2mins in searching a answer book. 2)BPUT has aslos purchased 4 fastScanners , which was shown to us which will scan ur Answer copies in few seconds and will be provided to u if u have applied fora photocopy. 3) And About the Misbehaviour bysome of the officers of BPUT and the Security Personels to the Students in th main branch, VC from his side has apologized fromhis side and has assured there will be no such behaviour in future.
