Important notice for all CT parents!! I just called our Ledyard Building Inspector to verify reports that people will be fined for not having a fence around a kiddie pool. Our inspector said that yes, although no fines have been issued as yet, the state law is that all pools that CAN hold at least 24 of water (regardless of how high you actually fill it) require a building permit and must have a fence built around it.
