Important question! Should you exercise to lose weight?? Answer- NO! I know that is counter-intuitive BUT exercise isn’t effective for losing weight. If I had kept my calorie intake in balance, it would have taken about 40 marathons to lose my 30#’s. To put things in proper order- lose weight so that you can safely and vigorously exercise to reap the many physical and mental benefits of a well designed exercise routine.
