Important that everyone in Scotland retains respect and understanding after yesterdays will of the people. Today was not a victory for the No vote. Huge work still to be done in this country, and however disillusioned/apathetic/helpless some of my friends will feel now, you need to know that change is afoot. WM simply cannot ignore an electorate which refuses to sit back and take it. Weve shown over the past 2 years that to be the case. A true victory for Scotland would be the working classes united against this vile and disgusting reminder that the right-wing is alive and well in this wee country we call home. I absolutely cant accept moral point scoring from select members of Yes here, with an I told you so attitude. Its insidious and will proceed to cause further division amongst what is already a country already very divided. I appreciate emotions are running high just now and feelings will be hurt, but rash statements wont help anyone. It hurts to see some of my friends vilify those who voted No also - without belief that they too want a change, but just couldnt agree on the way to do it. If we continue to blame each other - particularly for the violent work of morons in Glasgow today, Scotland will rot. We need to come together. One Scotland.
