Improved sea connectivity between the Philippines and Malaysia will start this year to bolster the movement of goods and services, open more opportunities in tourism, enhance entrepreneurship, and create more jobs. The roll-on, roll-off (RORO) transport link between Palawan, one of the country’s top destinations, and Kudat in Sabah, Malaysia, will start by the end of 2013.
