Improvement/Development Plan for an Advisory Board- Example - TopicsExpress

Improvement/Development Plan for an Advisory Board- Example offered. The Ofsted grading for governance arrangements at a Children’s Centre Inspection are tough and challenging requiring Centre(s) to evidence that: “Governance arrangements are well-embedded, provide effective challenge and are demonstrably driving the centre’s continuous improvement.” Page 35 ofsted children’s centre Inspection Handbook. April, 2014 To facilitate your journeys towards achieving this, not only have we developed our “Becoming an Outstanding Children’s Centre Advisory Board -In House Master Class for all Advisory Board Members,” three hour workshop, but we have worked with a number of individual Local Authorities and Group or individual Children’s Centres to improve their Advisory Board capacity, competency, challenge and confidence. (The four “C’s” we call these!) This has often resulted in a development/Improvement Plan for an Advisory Board(s) being written and if you would like an example of one with all the relevant tools and templates we have devised please request on here with your e-mail address. And as I am in such a good mood this evening all those that request the example will go into a draw at 6.00 pm on Friday 3rd October, 2014 , with the prize being a Free three hour Workshop at your Children’s Centres called “Becoming and Outstanding Children’s Centre Advisory Board.” That’s a £500 prize for just requesting a piece of best practice!!!
