Improving the lives of homeless pets in West Richland. Many of you know this is ASAPs mission. Many of you also know our current dog and cat shelters are without heat or any type of climate control, un-manned, and in-accessible to the public. ASAP is trying to change this, and with your support we will succeed! We just found out that TOMORROW NIGHT, Tuesday Jan. 21st the topic of the Citys animal shelters and what the future might hold is scheduled on the West Richland City Council Agenda which begins at 7PM. We encourage you to come and show support for this issue. Council meets in the chambers in the City Library Building @ 3803 Van Giesen Blvd. in West Richland. You are not required to stay for the whole meeting, and can excuse yourself after this topic is discussed. We appreciate the butts in the seats and apologize for the short notice, having just learned this information this afternoon.
