In 1.5 hours I will be on my way to Great Lakes! Tonight I get to meet the awesome families I have spent the last two months bonding with as our spouses, relatives, and children have been bonding. It is an amazing thing this day and age to be able to have complete strangers to lean on for support and also to be able to support. Tomorrow I will watch my daughter graduate from Boot Camp. Not gonna lie just typing that makes this momma cry. I am so unbelievably proud of what that girl has accomplished. I knew the military was not easy buy have got to experience first hand what it is really like and to all in the military and their families I applaude you! The sacrifice our service men and women go thru is unreal and they do it by choice. These are some of the most generous souls because of that. To their families I commend you....this has been very nerve racking and to be honest this is the easy part. They are safe in boot camp. Now as our loved ones transition to school and very soon to there bases and jobs it is becoming very real what danger lies ahead for them at least for me. I ask that you all pray not only for Brittany Owens but for EVERY military person and family. They are doing an amazing thing not only for our freedom but also the freedoms of many others in many countries.
