In 1 month, I lost 10kg (22lbs) In 3 years, I have lost 28kg (62lbs) I am now almost to my initial goal of 80kg (176lbs). Currently I am 83kg (183lbs). When I entered the Active Duty Army, I weighed exactly 183lbs and was very pudgy... Much fatter than I am now. I am close to getting that side and back fat (love handles) shrunk to nothing. After I reach 80kg (176lbs), then my next goal is 75kg (165lbs). If I obtain this weight, I will be in great physique with those love handles gone and those abs popping. When I finished my basic training in 2003, I was at 165lbs, but not much muscle and still a little pudgy. I recognize that where I stand as it is, I have lost significant muscle mass and I cannot lift as much as before... But when I get down to the weigh I want... It will be a good time to hit the weights heavy and bulk up with muscle and not fat. My pant waist is a European (American labeled size) 33. A size 33 in Europe is most likely a size 32 or 31 in America... depending... When I left Afghanistan, some of my "American" sized pants a size 34 fit just right... and so I have lost 20lbs and my waist size has shrunk considerably by at least two literal inches. So you be the judge.
