In 1929; Sarah Zitlow shipped 2 silverware sets to Walter E. Whitehurst; to be given on his daughters wedding. The silverware sets were: 1) made by Sears & Sons in 1865; 2) labelled Royal Crest. Neither set was complete when my father died in 1996. My sister kept the Silware set that Laura (fathers 2nd wife) & Louis Wells had. When my ex-wife was cleaning the Silverware; she discovered the note written by Sarah Zitlow. Sarahs father came from Minsk in the 1840s; he traveled to Kiev, Warsaw, Berlin, etc. Sarah married Mr Whitehurst before WWI; my grandfather was given up for adoption. His father was killed in WWII; fighting for the British Army.
