In 1949 when I was one year old we moved to 1518 St. Charles Road in Maywood (The apartment just below that of Dennis Franz, with whom I often played). I attended kindergarten at Irving School until we moved to 2012 S. 5th Av. I then attended Lexington School 1st through 3rd grades. We then moved to 1413 S. 11th Av. and I graduated from Garfield in 1962. I graduated from Proviso East in 1966 and attended DePauw University from 1966 to 1968. I eventually graduated from Northern Illinois University summa cum laude. I owned and operated a small trucking company for 35 years until retiring in 2010. I then returned to NIU to alleviate boredom and have now finished an M.A. in Political Science. I am still a grad student which keeps me occupied in my old age. It has been nice to re-establish some contact with Pam Mull, Joyce Ross, Bob Jamison and some others after so long an interval.
