In 1957, S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. (Johnsons Wax) replaced their D model with this newer E model, seen here with Aviation Manager Harold Sumi. The colors were two-tone blue, a departure from the usual red & black colors that most of their planes wore and still do. An Aero Commander was also added to the fleet at the same time as the company set up Johnson Air Interests to be a sales outlet for Commanders. The Beech did most of the corporate work, though, until it got replaced by a Gulfstream a few years later.
