In 1994 a Haitian national by the name of College Francois murdered 3 co-workers at the American Embassy and ran off with $50,000. An American investigator working with International Police Monitors tracked down a houngan (Voodoo priest) who had heard that Francois was trying to buy an invisibility potion. The houngan who was going to sell Francois the potion lured Francois into a trap by telling him to go to a specific location, unarmed, only wearing his underwear, carrying the money, and holding goat meat over his head. And thats how he was arrested.
