In 1996 when President Bill Clinton was running for re-election, he was asked what he brought to Washington as President for 4 years. Billl Clinton said he brought simple Arithmetic to government so that everyone could see the figures clearly of his achievements, by the time he left office he created 22 million new jobs, he reduced unemployment, he took many Americans away from the welfare program, he reduced the national debt from 8 trillion to 5 trillion, his Arithmetic was so simple to understand. The question the Oracle is asking President Jonathan is the Arithmetic solution of what he brought to Abuja. Did he create jobs in millions? Did he reduce unemployment from what percentage to what?
