In 1998, Cannabis Common Sense went on-location to British Columbia to interview cannabis activist Marc Emery The Prince of Pot for the series. This is the first segment of the three part interview. Emery was essential to the fall of cannabis prohibition in the United States by spearheading an Overgrow the Government campaign in the effort to get cannabis seeds to US residents. He then donated proceeds into initiatives in the U.S. to end cannabis prohibition. After serving a five year sentence in the U.S. for selling seeds, Emery was released in 2014.
