In 1999. Vernon Hines if Detroit, MI bought shares in Mail Corp USA - according to Oakland County Court documents. At a date after 1999, in Wayne County Friend of the Court he stated that he did not have an ownership interest in the company and sought a reduction in child support. He was represented by council when he committed this fraud. Once this was recognized the mother of the child filed for retroactive modification - 10 years later. Wayne County Friend of the Court Support Specialist James Caputo placed a note on a Recommendation form (which has language on it that purports to be a Recommendation) but in Caputos statement he stated that he did not write a recommendation. Caputo, further lies in this document stating that Vernon Hines was never in arrearages in owing child support, but the case file shows that Vernon Hines was ordered to show cause just a year earlier and at that time satisfied the over $3,000 in arrearages that existed. The Plaintiff in the case had multiple dialogues written and verbal with the Court to correct its errors, but nothing happened until the Plaintiff finally wrote a scathing document to Zennell Brown and threatened legal action against the Court if James Caputo ever touched her file again. Needless to say his signature hasnt shown up on a document from that Court again. Zennell Brown still hasnt provided the Plaintiff with any relief from the previous illegal actions of her staff to this day, yet she is a speaker at various conferences coming up - The Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE). Would someone please explain what a person engaging in the continuation of a conspiracy to deny due process to any family unlucky enough to have need of the Friend of the Court process would be doing educating other members of the bar on what is legal? As well, what rock is James Caputo hiding under and how many other cases has he falsified information for whatever reason any person would do that to any family that is depending on the Court to provide a legal remedy to an already unsuccessful relationship? One must wonder what will happen when a lawyer reads these comments, goes back and rereads the other Recommendations Caputo penned, and realizes Caputo hijacked the Court for his own interests. And since Zennell Brown refuses to rectify these errors - a lot of families will probably suffer financially. Her speech at ICLE must be F--k these B-tches Any Way You Can - one must wonder if the B-tches are the custodial parents or their children. What would add more insult is if ICLE actually pays her for her speech.
