In 2 weeks and 5 years from now I will be 30 years old and get wrinkles, backache athritis and other old peoples diseases. Oh God I cant deal. Whats most scary though is the fear of not achieving anything by that age. Not just in terms of material or worldly possessions but through contributions to mankind and the world. Yesterday was Steve Bikos birthday, he was only 30 when he passed on. Only three decades was he granted on earth and he used and lived every minute of his life. He left a legacy that will continue to live for the next 100 years and more I think. Of course I have no aspirations of being a political trailblazer but I just think we must be great and true to our various vocations in life so that other people can feed of each others awesome. Sigh. May we all win. And may those who have won already teach those who aspire to play the game how to win. Life is tough.
