In 2002, I learned about a book called Your Fat Is Not Your Fault. I interpreted the books title to be blaming society, but it was just an assumption. After observing large people eat massive quantities of food for years, my impression is that they are large because of caloric intake [rather than a slow metabolism or big-bones or something else]. My impression is also that they cant much control their hunger. Its been 13 hours since my last meal [which was under 200 calories], and 18 hours since my last proper meal. Im not hungry at all, but I most likely will be within 0-6 hours. If one of my friends who is over 300-lb ate as little as I did, the weight would melt off. If I ate what they did, I would possibly be 300-lb too. I now think what the title of the book meant is that a persons fat is not their fault because they cant control their appetite very easily, if at all. I think it would be very hard to overcome that, but it can be done.
