In 2003, a Chinese journalist and I had an interesting talk, after we meat at a Conference when António Guterres presented a lecture over a subject related with risks to Western Democratic States. Maybe, as former Portugals Prime Minister he knew many things about it or when he acted against Austrias domestic politics, it was only a bluff, since under his time as Government Leader, he didnt done nothing to reform Portuguese Intelligence and Security, the same Law Enforcement Agencies related with weird situations involving Peoples Republic of China Citizens? Furthermore, not that Mr. António Guterres personally got money or some illegal privileges but it seems that people related with his Government as also with Mr. Cavaco Silva, found very interesting and well paid jobs or business. And nowadays, in Lisbon, The State owned communication group is asking private Citizens humanitarian aid, because many children need help, due economic deprivation and other needs, when Portugal Budget pays many ruinous and some unnecessary bills?
